You have mentioned several views on the color of Rashi's. (gem stone course/first Rashi Sutras/ and Second rashi sutras) can you please let us know which one we should use for gem suggestion.
if black color is associated with a Rashi then what should we do for Ketu. Also how do we associate Black stones to Grahas.

Sorry to bud in, and I'll let someone else reply to your specific question, but I have a personal theory that Pisces, usually clear, can become grey or silvery-grey under some circumstances(Saturn and/or darker waning moon), but not black.
It seems that black is more suitable for Saturn-ruled Capricorn (perhaps when under certain influences) as is believed by another tropical Vedic astrologer. Capricorn is usually multicolored and black is all the colors mixed together so in a sense that is multicolored.
But that is just my opinion.
One of the texts describes Pisces as fish-colored, and that is grey and/or silvery.

I do not have an updated table. I have been using the colors as per the New Rasi Sutras course. Ketu is black and pisces is black when the moon is waning. and it makes sense that they are both this color as waning moon is the consciousness letting go of life on earth and pisces and ketu both represent moksha.
