Howlite

I noticed that Howlite was listed as white Taurus gem, but many Howlite stones have dark gray streaks around them. Could those be used as a multicolored Capricorn gem? (I guess the gray streaks would have to also be monoclinic like the white part of the stone for it to be considered a pure Jupiter stone that is multicolored.)
