It was the end of the funeral service. There were two large candles, one of them was accidentally knocked over and went out. One candle was left burning.
Since one of the candles was extinguished at the exact moment when the relative of the deceased was pondering in audible speech whether the deceased will move on peacefully, what could such an omen mean?

Late answer. I think the answer lies in your question. Means what it seems to mean I think. Not a good omen in that context. The deceased probably needs help to move on. Prayers.
