To determine if a person can actually do the "big things" they say they're doing, we look at the Large signs of Aries, Leo and Cap. I was looking at this successful entrepreneur's chart and she has nothing in Aries or Leo, but Jupiter retro in Capricorn, in the 3rd house.
My initial answer would be "no, this "huge" thing she's building won't be so huge" but do we factor in that it's retro, so positively stronger, and in the 3rd house where DB planets do well? or do we just look at how healthy or afflicted a sign is to answer the question?

To really answer that you have to look at the yogas. You also need to examine the nabhasas yogas. if they dont have good nabhasa akriti yogas, they probably wont do it as big as hoped. such as hitler who was going for something really big with his hala yoga but didn't get there.

Would you examine Solar Yogas for this too? (since Sun is the initiative-performance planet)
Would you still check Aries, Leo and Cap after the yogas, for more detail, or not really.
