Is it possible to create birth chart in Kala for people born in BC or before 1 AD?

Above book by BV Raman has charts for Krishna, Christ and others

Yes, read the rules in the owners manual for BC dates so that you enter it correctly. Manual is under the help. But it wont match the charts used in raman's books as the calculations theyused for old charts was not accurate, even earlier than 1850 you will find huge errors in most software and ephemeris, Kala is accurate though down to 3000 BC.
