Hi Ernst,
You said the Moon should be in the Hora of the Moon and the Sun should be in the Hora of the Sun in the Hora chart. What if the Moon is a waning Moon? Does the same rule still apply that the waning Moon still should be in the Hora of the Moon in the Hora chart?
