Basically I'm asking like people sometimes never get what they want and things never work out their desired way no matter good or bad and for some it does? Is it rajyogas to see that?

If nothing every works out its because the subconsciousness is having completely different goals than the conscious mind which means the person needs to do a lot of internal healing.
