@ernst, some videos say that Moon is an enemy of Venus. That statement needs to be qualified, I would think. Venus considers Moon as its enemy. But Moon is neutral towards Venus, afaik.
However, in the Rahu Ketu Conjunct Grahas video, you have stated that Moon can harm Venus through its aspect since Moon is an enemy of Venus, whereas in the same video, you have stated that Mars cannot harm Venus since it is neutral to Venus.
So you clearly mean that Moon considers Venus as its enemy. Is that the acknowledged position? I'm not so sure.

The usage of words can sometime create confusion. Best way to state friendship and enmity would be :
Planet A is enemy to Planet B
I thing something like A considers B as enemy can be misinterpreted
So in case of Venus and Moon its simply can be stated:
- Venus is neutral to Moon. So Venus doesn't harm Moon through aspect or by Moon being in Venus rasis.
- Moon is inimical to or enemy to Venus. So Moon starves Venus by aspect or by Venus being in Cancer
