Joe Biden got 4 planets in 12th house in Scorpio and 3 are combust. Means lot of lack of confidence in 3 planets - Ma, Ve and Me. He got really frustrated in his understanding with that 12th house affecting his defending power. This is now reflected with his move to take forces out of Afghanistan and giving free hand to taliban to go brutal in Afghanistan with hard coded terrorism based on religion.
Plus 12th lord ma joined to su, ve, me hurting them too. Looks like lot of difficult times are coming ahead for the entire world because of Biden's trashed Scorpio.
