Regarding Dignity

Hello fellow astrologers. I am reading a chart right now. This person was inquiring if they could have success in real estate. They are a Capricorn lagna. I checked their Mars which is in the 2nd house in Aquarius. Mars, which stands for real estate, is in enemy dignity, but they have Jupiter and the Moon in the 8th aspecting, as well as other good aspects. I also know that the 8th is a dusthana house. All of their other planets have excellent dignity, such as Great Friend. The person looks like they have a good ability to make money otherwise. I am just wondering how important negative dignity factors in when they have other really good aspects? I also felt Mars in the 2nd could make one an entrepreneur. Mars is also a malefic though and so does that mean they will always have trouble making money and gaining resources since it is in enemy dignity and that they would fail at real estate or that it just may be very difficult but they could succeed through hard work? Are there other things to consider? I am assuming I would look to see if it is good in the hora, and if it is, this may help.

Thanks!!

@goldenplanet Not an answer to you question, but in case the person by "success" means career, I would go to the Jaimini techniques first for to see if Mars gives that possibility. I would at least combine a traditional reading with that technique.

As for Mars in the 2nd making you an entrepreneur (or not): According to the Jaimini course it´s the Sun that makes a person an independent worker. So unless the Sun is not one of the person´s career planets, I would not expect that.

@meyes That is interesting. Do you think this also applies to astrologers? Sun as career planet means to have Sun in 1st or 5th from AK or Pada in the Rashi or Navamsa, correct?

Hi,

I am trying to understand my father's chart who is diagnosed with bipolar and grandiose delusion. I noticed that his moon was with an exalted Saturn and the dignities of the moon throughout the vargas were in great enemy sign mostly.
