I told a client that she having Sa/Moon (and also Rahu) in her Lagna is an indication of some kind of abuse; well, trauma. Not necessary of sexual nature, but since it´s in the Lagna it´s highly probably. She says she can´t remember, but that she has suspected it.

Now she wonders about the timing, and I want to confirm: 1 degree of distance btw the Moon and the Saturn should be interpreted as 1 year, right? So 5 degrees means that she was probably 5 years old?

Should the presence of Rahu be considered in this context? I mean, does it tell us anything more about the reasons for the trauma?

There is a method to see the degree relationship and the year, so yes, 1 year in that context. Or 5 years if 5 degrees. Havn't really used it but have seen it to work before.

Can look at Dasas to see when 'trauma' related things can occur. But Sa/Mo can be other things besides just some classic trauma, something else that is very challenging too. Depends on the sign they are in and the houses they rule. Rahu adds a lot of course.

I know one woman who has Sa/Mo on the ascendant and she had this pained look on her face. She had abuse in her life but it was also due to other factors in her chart too.

@scott-m-19 Absolutely, just as you say: She smiles and everything, but there is always pain in her expression. A beautiful person though with strong indications for growth, she will heal and heal others I believe.

Thank you Scott, much appreciated. And yes, I´ve made that clear: It doesn´t have to be physical abuse, although it seems probable since it´s in the Lagna.
