I wanted to see what I got looking at the example of the man who died from a knee infection that was actually bone cancer; even though I haven't done Prashna in years I have been doing lots of Varshaphala, and it's not too different.
So this is what I see at first glance: [I've attached the chart in Tropical]
Lagna Lord in the 7th, house of disease. His body (lagna lord Sun) is starved by SA. Saturn is in Capricorn, sign of tumors and cancer, as per Jaimini, and in the 6th house.
Also could be read as bones (Sun) are starved by tumors & cancer.
Sun (L1) is in a Purna Ithasala with SA (L6 & L7)
I know 7th house is disease in Prashna, but to me this also reads as lagna lord (SU) is in a Purna Ithasala with lord of disease (6th house) and lord of death (7th house), so this illness is serious and it’s happening now, since it’s purna.
His longevity (8th lord) is TRASHED, by being debilitated, shamed by a strong Saturn and even more hurt by being in a dushtana with the dushtana lord. The fact that ME is also debilitated conj the 8th cusp, hurts his longevity even more.
In terms of confirming death I would look at this prashna specific rule:
Death due to the Disease: “The Lagna lord with the Sun, and the Moon in Ithasala with the 7th lord which is in the 6th indicates death."
Well, the Lagna Lord is the Sun, and Moon is in a future Ithasala with the 7th lord (SA) which is in the 6th.
Finally, these 2 prashna rules work for both Tropical and Adityas
Kruura Grahas at the 7th lead to complications.
Kruura Grahas at the 4th also lead to complications due to incorrect remedy.

I think this works? But I'm not a prashna expert so...
The Adityas are giving me good insights, I’ve got a huge dignity upgrade on 3 planets so I’m not complaining, but also some Tropical placements have impacted my life in very real ways, but also the Adityas dignities and elements are maybe a deeper truer part of me? I see that too.
It’s all a work in progress. For now I see the Adityas as another level, they both co-exist and have truth in them.
