Hi,

may i ask if there is a particular vargas that we can evaluate the development of the feminine or masculine characteristics in a person? Can we use the d4 for feminine?

Don't use a varga for that, use the Chastity and Capacity yogas that I teach in the first part of the Relationship compatibility course. These yogas are critical to reading a chart even if not doing compatibility.
