4th from the Svamsa - Mo or Ve deb.

Hi Ernst and all,

In the Jaimini Audio Course you say that Moon or Ve aspecting or in the 4th from the svamsa gives some kind of nicer than average house.

What happens if either Venus or the Moon are debiliated. Are the effects reversed, i. e. the house is shabby? Or does it mean they get the least fancy iteration of whatever that means, for example a mansion, but it's dilapidated?
