I was pursuing the Jamini sutras in Kala and came across this one. I actually forgot I have vitiligo until I read this because it's not in an obvious place on my body. But question: It refers to the Moon being in the 4th not in aspect to it. My Svamsa is Sagittarius, so my Moon is actually in the 10th/Virgo and Venus/Gemini is in the 7th from. I'm pretty sure I'm counting in the right direction for Sag (not reverse). I imagine Moon and Venus aspecting the 4th is enough for my minor "white leprocy"? : )
