Hi Ernst,
I am listening to Jaimini Chapter 1 Pada 1 & 2, audio 6 and in Sutra 1.2.50 Jaimini discusses 9th from the Svamsa, if malefics influencing then you are not in constant dharma. This is the case where the environment you have grown into, the culture, the religion, the law don’t support your innate inclination
My question is what if the malefic is exalted or in own house like Saturn is exalted or in own house? Does that make a difference or a malefic is a malefic here even if it is exalted or in own house for this interpretation?
