Hi I get this error message, "This operation is not available for the current location at the given date and time." My friend who has Kala is using the same chart details and has no issue getting the animated transit for this chart. I get this error message for this chart and two other charts (where the people live overseas - I am in Australia). What can I do to fix this? Thanks.

I can't actually get as far as the transit screen. I try and navigate from the main screen to transits and click "animated transits" and get a blank white screen with the error message.

I had another go. I closed the dialogue box with the error message. The blank transit screen was still up. I then changed her birth data from New Zealand to Australia and it has now brought up a transit chart. I'm not sure why this is happening as my own chart works perfectly well with a foreign birth place and current residence in Australia. I have others where foreign birth place and current residence in Australia work fine. I have this particular chart where birth place is in New Zealand and current residence is in Australia that doesn't work for the transits, also one where birth place is Italy and residence is French Polynesia, and one other where birth place is Australia and current residence is French Polynesia - these three the transits are not working on my computer. As I mentioned the New Zealand/Australia chart works fine for my friend who is also using Kala. I am wondering if I need to reinstall the software because once the error message comes up from the transit page it seems to pop up randomly elsewhere too - like when I open another chart.
