Avashtas Calculation Table

Hi Ernst, 

I am watching the Kala 2013 New Features video on Youtube... The part about the Lajjitadi Avashtas screen. I understand that in the Avashtas calculation table Red means negative effects and Green means positive effects. But what does it mean in the numbers are colored blue or black? Why are they these colors? I could not find this explained in the video.
