I dont think it will be more than half a year, but its not something i am in control off. He thought he would be done this year, but it does not look like it... The new macs that just came out are not having intell chips so I don't even think you can use the pc kala on it. If you have an older mac that has not been upgraded to a newer os in the last 18 months, its pretty easy.

I am using the new Mac m1 and actually I got Kala running successfully, both on Porting Kit and Crossover, however either there is a bug in the installation or I changed the calculations inside Kala. Because when I enter my chart it gives me another ascendent, scorpio instead of libra.
Do you think I should change the calculations somehow?
I am attaching a screen shot from my new mac where you can check that the time is the same as the picture from my old mac. But it gives different results on the chart.
During the installation I chose settings recommended by Ernst and have never changed anything more.

@katalina1 it looks like you don't have the right DST setting. Make sure when you enter the chart that you click on the city as it comes up in the dropdown box so that the dst sets.
I have not used Kala till now, but have been curious to try it.
I am planning to buy a Chromebook, can I install Kala on it?
