In the Nakshatra screen the second circle from the out side divides each nakshatra into 9 equal Parts.

What are these , Have you mentioned them in any Audios or Videos?

No, I have not taught them anywhere. Its simply that I question the way that the 9 parts of the nakshatras are divided into unequal parts.
