Debilation and Lajjitaadi Avashtas

In you Mastering debilitation and First Lajjitaadi Avashta course you mention that a debilitated planet can not hurt an other planet, but recently you said that you have reached a new understanding of not mixing different avashtas, and relate different avashtas to different levels of the vimshotari dashas.

So I concluded that a debilitated planet will cause Starved or agitated or delighted lajjitaadi avashtas; is this correct?

Also can you please elaborate on which level of dasha is related to which avashta and how to use the avashtas in this way?
