Me again,

you explain when the Sun is in Saturns sign or conjunct Saturn it creates Ksudita and when Saturn aspects the Sun it creates Ksobita instead of Ksudita. Why is that? Does not Ksudita als apply and we have to consider both Avastas?

The "Agitated" Avastha happens when Sun joins a graha , but also when an enemy + malefic makes a planetary aspect . Saturn is both cruel and inimical towards Sun when aspecting it...is that was you're referring to?

Sun conjunct any planet causes Kshudita to that planet. Sun in Saturn's signs do not.

I dont understand the answer. Let me explain again. In the course called "Interprating Avastas" in the video of the Suns Lajjitadi Avastas you say if the Sun is in Saturns sign or joined Saturn its starved. But when Saturn aspects the Sun its not starved but agitated (approx. minute 21:00). My question is if it is not both, starved and agitated?

Agitation when caused by an aspect by a malefic enemy is a more frustrating form of starvation. The starvation aspect is there but also a sense of being taken advantage of due to the malefic nature of the aspect.
