Is that judged from 12th drom atmakaraka or 6th from amatyakaraka or both ? Confused, thanks.

both, it depends on if you are looking at the diety that symbolizes the spiritual path, the 12th from AK, or the deity that can be utilized to help with material concerns and health, which is 6th from AK.

Then you can look at the aspects and the lord but the force is not as strong.
