Is that judged from 12th drom atmakaraka or 6th from amatyakaraka or both ? Confused, thanks.

It's seen from the 12th from AK in D24, D9 and Rasi in that order. The 6th from AyK is the family deity.

@scathach whats if 12th from ak is empty? How do we know the planet for that person then?
