I apologize if this has been asked, but how are LA's formed by aspect? Which aspects? Parashari, Rashi, or Ptolemaic ?

Planetary aspect. More than 40 virupas in the planetary aspect table is strong enough to qualify for the avastha being there.

and 60 is the highest ? Anything under 40 and its not worth mentioning? And that is Parashari, yes?

all values are worth mentioning, you have to consider the strongest, if a planet is on ly under bad lajjitaadi aspects and even if the aspects are weak, the planet is trashed.
