Dear @ernst
Going through the course it seems to me that Planets causing bad avashtas, such as shaming or starving an other planets, actually loose their healthy habits through the avshta. For example when Moon starves Saturn or Venus, what results is not the proper habit of the Moon. What are your thoughts on this matter?
yes, you can see it that way, it takes TWO. so wha tis happening is that we are trying to use planets together in a way tha tdoes not work. So moon'sjob is to say< I need this, and saturn's job is to say, I dont need this, and then moon looks at saturn and says, Ineed this, and saturn says, NO you dont, and now there is conflict instead of peace.
Dear @ernst
In this case; It's much better for a planet to cause both bad avashta, and good avashtas rather than only causing bad avashtas. because if it's only causing bad avashtas it's putting all of it's energy in bad habits and it's ruined, but if it's also causing good avashtas then it's energy is divided between bad habits and good habits.
Even though it's dasha dependent, yet the analogy still stands; because the one causing bad and good avashtas will have bad habbits in some dashas and good habits in some others, but the other one will not have any dasha when it acts in good habits.
I've observed this in some charts but not enough to be 90% sure. what do you think?
Yes, very true
