I'd say to relax a bit and take some time to do the things you really enjoy to do in life. To be 24/24 whirling around the issues doesn't seem to work better, as you are saying.
And you are in the phase of critical age of Rahu-Ketu madurations.
If your Rahu-Sat is in 12th, you really have to take some time to relax, let it loose for a while, once and again. Let go...

When I run it on https://www.astrolada.com/birthchart-calculator/ if I change the time to be 3 mins earlier or 10 mins ahead, it looks the same on my end.

My birth time may be 12:37am or 12:47am. I misplaced the paper it was on. Whoops!
@5diamondskingclubs In my program you are a Libra lagna if you are born no later than 00.23.30. Bronx State Hospital. It´s a little off from your official birth time, but quite possible. It may have been a busy night...
This would make Venus your lagna lord though, and Venus is not at all as afflicted as Mars is.
There is one way of confirming whether you are Scorpio or Libra lagna, but it may be intimidating and also it´s subjective. IF you are a Libra lagna, Sun and Mars would create the Lajjitaadi avastha, as it´s called, lajjita or shame. It happens when two cruel planets are conjunct in the 5th house. The person with that influence in their chart is haunted by nothing less than shame. It´s a deep shame of who you are. I know it well since I have it myself. It´s tough, but it´s also a possibility, because overcoming or rather accepting that shame really opens the gates for you.
Now, whether you have it or not... Not easy to say without asking you questions. Of course you can do it through self studies, but since you are all new to astrology maybe it´s not so easy.

@staffan Well I think this is rather simple then based on your description above.
In the enneagram I am an 8. 8 is in the rage/anger category of 8, 9, and 1, where shame is in the triad of 2, 3, 4.
I do not have shame characteristics, so that's a pretty easy one 🙂
So what does that tell us then?
@5diamondskingclubs Well, I think that Marianela may be right, there is a chance that you are a Libra and not a Scorpio ascendant, although I´m still declined to believe that you are a Scorpio, since it would make your lagna lord (Mars in that case) more afflicted, which rhymes with what you have gone through. But the idea of having Sa/Ra in the 12th is also quite attractive, so to speak... It´s hard to know. It would need more investigation.
It might be that you don´t have the shamed avastha. But I wouldn´t rely on the ennagrams for that. I mean, I can´t, I don´t know them.

@staffan I hear you. Maybe I am misunderstanding shamed planets and what not The more I think about it, I think I was born at 12:47am. Not sure how much of a difference that makes from 12:40am in planetary alignments?
I just generally do not feel shame in life and I reference the Enneagram because there are 9 personalities within it in this world, with 3 triads. Meaning that that the 9 are grouped into 3's
891 types have anger/rage as their core issue, 234 types have shame as their core issues, 567 types have fear as their core issue.
I just generally do not feel shame. Of course there are incidences I have felt it in life, yet maybe a handful I can think of. Where with anger, I would lose count of incidences very easily! Ha!

@marianela Very good observation! That would also make Sun and Mars shamed. The presence or absence thereof would be a strong indication.

For the shame to feel one has to go through that shamed planet's dasa right ? For me I have Jupiter shamed by Saturn, I felt the shame only during Jupiter Dasa, and then OfCourse now its still been there somewhat!
