Is this the same thing that is often called "Metabolic Syndrome"?

It simply means insulin is not able to open mouth of cell and thus the cell starves because it can't absorb glucose from the blood stream and person becomes diabetic.

So what again are the astrological indications for possible diabets/insuline resistence?

@meyes I think you took the astrological anatomy course? Its in there, if not, just download the manual from that from the site its under the audio courses and search for diabetes.
