I'm in class 9 of the medical course and have seen two charts where there is a mutual exchange between the Moon and Mars. It appears that the mutual exchange doesn't cancel debilitation or help anything, is that true?
Thanks, this class is amazing and I've been able to confirm quite a lot of health conditions in several charts. My best friend from high school had open-heart surgery and has always had super high cholesterol (even in high school). She has the Sun with Saturn respecting the Moon in the D30.
I had the same question and, as I understood mutual exchange has an effect in the rasi but not in all the other vargas - meaning that if there is a bad dignity they still have the effects of being in a bad dignity, probably emphasizing it? and if I remember correct - yogas are seen in the rasi
