I don't have the answer to your questions specifically but I would definitely take into account the higher vargas. Not sure which one(s) but that's worth doing some research. I've been working with children with autism in the past 4 weeks with one little girl who has a twin sister. First, they look nothing alike physically. Actually, they look quite the opposite of each other. Then, one has autism, the other one does not and is typically developing. I believe Moon and Mercury are important planets as well. And possibly Saturn, as one way to help and educate these children is to offer a highly structured environment. They also need strong physical touch to feel the limits of their own body due to a "different" nervous system I assume.

@ayan From my yogic numerology study, my teacher was saying that the child & mom karma were "linked" for the first 3 years of the child's life, then dad until 7, then the peers until 11. So, I think you are right about mother & child connection which could also explain how twins can be so different.
