Hello everyone,

This feels like it should be simple, but I'm just not finding the right answers. I have a couple of health challenges;

1st - I appear to be suffering from plantar fasciitis, not life threating but extremely uncomfortable and limiting. I have a long history of foot "issues", and the chart tells a story.

2nd - My blood sugar levels have been more volatile recently, I am not diabetic more hypoglycemic (diabetes runs in the family). I have always had swings, but generally have managed it through diet and "grazing" throughout the day and avoiding heavy carbs and sugars.  But the usual management has seemingly quit working efficiently. Perhaps it is the extra caffeine from green tea I keep drinking to get energy back AFTER the glucose drop > so a vicious cycle?

I think primary culprit is Saturn second Jupiter and/or Mercury

I'm running Saturn/Mercury Dasa

D1 - Cancer Lagna  - Saturn in Pisces in the 9th Rasi aspects Jupiter in Gemini in 12th. Saturn muscle/tendons and Jupiter affects sugar/lipids.

D30 - Aquarius Lagna - Saturn in Capricorn in 12th. Mars in Pisces conj. Rahu/Ketu. Jupiter in Aries 3rd Rasi has 6th & 12th cusp.  Mercury in Gemini 4th & 10th cusp. Sun in Virgo and Moon in Sagittarius (all duel signs occupied)

Considering these placements would a gemstone to treat Saturn in D1 and/or D30 be most helpful, Bach flowers or other? Your suggestions appreciated.

As a side note, I do love to see the connectedness and confluence in the charts.

Thank you.

For Plantar fasciitis, try the egoscue method in his book called pain free. You can also search for videos on youtube, Egoscue plantar fasciitis.

Its fat with sugars that are mostly responsible for sugar level issues. So try low fat diet or diet with no carbs or sugars. The moment we eat carbs and sugars with fat or before fat has digested, the risk of blood sugar level issues increases.

@ernst Thanks for the suggestions, will look into egoscue - hadn't heard of it. Will look at the fats in my diet - mostly Almonds/seeds/milk.

I was happy to find the labradorite I misplaced last year, so I am wearing it now.

Greatly appreciate you and the forum. Thank you.
