I know someone who gets sinus headaches consistently. Is there a generic solution for it ? Or does it depend on the chart ?
It's usually the result of a high toxic load so the best thing is to eat better and find out if any foods are triggering it. Common triggers are sugar or coffee or chocolate. Coffee and sugar have microtoxins from mold residue that can be big headache triggers. To alleviate the sinus pressure and to reduce the toxins a person can do a neti wash, you can search that online, but you don't need a specail neti pot, what works better is simply a squeeze water bottle like bikers put on their bikes.
Thanks a lot Ernst, will pass on the information.
I have nasal polyps and have had some pretty major sinus issues for a long time. What has helped me:
Absolute strict no dairy. Whenever I have dairy, I can't breathe through my nose. If I can't read the ingredients of something, or don't make it myself, I don't eat it.
For me I prefer steam inhalation over a neti pot. Sometimes I will put a few drops of tea tree oil and breathe in the steam as well.
Thanks for the info, its helpful... yup even this person uses steam inhalation.
