Finding a carer for the sick?

A close acquaintance has a problem finding a responsible caregiver for a seriously ill person.

So far, there have been quite careless caregivers who have caused more problems than they have helped.

Probably need to start looking for a new caregiver with the ads.

Is there any facilitating selection to find a responsible caregiver/nurse or should go the litigation as the universal selection path?
