I have two questions about the relocation technique where you compare the planet´s declination with the latitude for a certain place:

How to judge? Would you consider the closeness an absolute thing, or relative? For example; let´s say a planet has a declination of 25. Would we then consider let´s say 3 to 5 degrees of distance from a place´s latitude to be (relatively) close, or should it be within let´s say 1 or 2 degrees to be notable at all?

Also: you don´t consider Rahu/Ketu in the course. Should we skip them or maybe look at their lords?

Best regards

Mattias

Hi Mattias, I love that relocation technique using the declinations and I use it when doing these types of readings. I got into the habit of looking for tight activations at 1 degree or less. There were cases where everything was double digit difference, and in that case I did look a bit closer to anything lower than 3, but was skeptical about the impact and communicated that to the clients.

And I personally use Rahu and Ketu as well. I've noticed even in my own chart and moves. I actually knowingly moved once to a place that activated my nodes and Saturn, and that was definitely an experience I will never forget 😉

Yeah... Interesting... When I first arrived in Mexico, where I now live, my final destination was Mexico City, but life took charge of overfilling that plane and sent me to Guadalajara first. That´where I first stepped on Mexican soil. Guadalajera later became a city in which I had my vision quests, many ceremonies and much healing; my spiritual teacher lives there, I have friends there. But due to family reason I´ve never had the opportunity to live there for more than a few months. And indeed, now that I check it out with this technique, most of my nice planets are within a degree. Also my D12 is my strongest chart by far; my ancestors really know where to direct me, overfilling an airplane for example...

Only my Sun and Mercury are a little further, 2,50 and 4,30... There declination are 23 and 25 so they are hard to fit in at all; relatively speaking they are still close in Guadalajara. Hence my question. Maybe would help the Sun a little to got there then - 2,50 - but Mercury doesn´t seem to improve at all... When I move, if life allows me.

Or nearby Aguascalientes, where the Sun gets a little better...

Thanks Mirela!

Mattias
