When evaluating a Dasha should we take into consideration friendly and enemy planets of the ascendent?
for instance, if we have Virgo ascendent does that mean that every time Venus Dasha or antardasha comes by it will be one level more beneficial? Thanks

@ernst, and with regard to the actual position of venus in the chart (in the case of his house position being favorable) what would be the effect if venus is positioned in the 10th house (exa and hold best angel "favorable" position) but suffer on account of the lowest dig bala, being in the 10th.
to what degree that bad directional strength can play negatively and reduce the favorite results of the other factors mentioned in venus, dasa or antardasa?
