Can a sub period give results before its start date if circumstances align ? For example a sub period indicating a relationship starts in aug but the person meets the other person in june and gets into a relationship later on

No, in that case you are missing something or the chart time is wrong or dasa calcualtions are wrong or perhaps some other techniuqe is indicating the event.
