With respect to the attached Navamsa chart, I have a query regarding dasa for Marriage.
Marriage of native took place in Venus-Rahu dasa. Since, I don't see any manifesting influence or wellbeing factor for Venus (Venus is Vridhha and Svapna)
- Would the 25% influence of Venus on 5th cusp and 9th lord count towards giving marriage OR
- Can I assume it happened as a special Ve-Ra rule that it can give marriage on its own?

Venus dasa can always give marriage. Here venus also rules the 7th lord mars. Venus in 7th is a very marriage centered position as the 2nd house of responsibility towards others and so venus there inclines a person to take the responsiblity of marriage. The dasa of lagna lord can always give marriage as its 7th from 7th lord. As this is navamsa, we can see venus si rasi aspecting 9th lord and the 7th house. VEnus rahu will usually end or start a relationship, so when it starts it, that start is often marriage. Rahu will give results of saturn which is 9th lord as well as its sign of venus the karaka, so also giving results of venus.
And Venus may be able to give marriage here inspite of not having anything helpful to manifest..neither as a karaka (coz only influenced by Separators Saturn and Sun) nor as the lord (no welfaring strength to its rasi)
