Ernst, in the Introductory course on dashas (Horoscope->Dashas), at 18.37, you say "Bhavartha Ratnakara is the most important book on Vim. Dasha, with rules without knowing which you will drop your predictions". I assume you mean discard the predictions.
I guess I'm not sure how that works. When should an astrologer discard his prediction? Can that be qualified?
