I wonder whether someone could help me clarifying a few things regarding Manifesting strength.
- If a planet aspects another planet that has manifesting strength, does it mean that the houses (bhava cusps) that planet rules or aspects get manifested? Manifesting strength through proxy that would be.
- It´s counterintutive, I think, that the bhava cusps that is conjunct a planet lacking manifesting strength does not get activated, but that is correct, isn´t it? Let´s say a person is in Mars dasa and asks about marriage; and Mars is in Gemini with the 7th cusp; we would still not predict marriage (or meeting someone) based on that, right?

No, a planet aspecting another planet that has manifesting strength does not give the planet the ability to manifest what it rules or the houses.
Manifest is to bring something solid, concrete and lasting. Mars in 7th won't give marriage unless it rules something relationship centered. Mars in gemini as per your example in 7th is hte 5th lord in the 7th which is a yoga for no marriage, so it certainly will not give marriage.
