Since I did a diet makeover I’ve been eating raw fruit with some chia and hemp seeds and barley grass juice powder for minerals. I’m guessing this is largely Jupiter and Venus foods and I probably need more Mercury, especially since I have a debilitated Venus in my trimsamsa. What are the best Mercury foods? Nightshades are apparently not the best for you but I do have a few tomato plants.
