Mars 1-3 years

If Mars is in an enemy’s sign in my chart, does it mean the years 1-3 was difficult for my mum? 
My aunt passed away when I was 1 and my mum had to take care of my brother and I and also her 2 nephews. 
My mum is a housewife and she had to run the whole house hold with my grandmother. 
My mother did mention it was very stressful for her, doing all the household chores and taking care of all 4 of us, eventhough my grandma was there, she was grieving over the loss of my aunt that it also added to my mum’s stress. 
I don’t recall the years 1-3 much either.
