New moon and full moon transits and PAC

Hi @ernst and friends,

How can we go about healing, developing, integrating our Sun and Moon with the new moon and full moon transits from a PAC perspective? Don't remember 100%, but I guess Ernst covers it a bit in one of the PAC videos.
