Question on video 32, child mind moon examples

In the first example of the 32th video there is Moon In Capricorn, Saturn in Aquarius, Jupiter in Aquarius. 

Won't the moon by aspected/starved by Saturn because both are in Saturn's Sign? We don't use same lord conjunction? 

I loved the video on Mars, it's nice to hear your point of view on Mars Saturn conjunction and how it relates to your experience.
