In retrospect, insomnia was at one point like some kind of delirium. The first 1-2 days there was drowsiness, on the 3rd day it was like delirium. Like a "drunk" and in addition some kind of spiritual "thinness", mixing of worlds.
Like trapped between two worlds.
Quite an unpleasant condition, sleep did not want to come at all when the opportunity finally arose. I'm not surprised if people develop mental disorders after a more serious period of insomnia.
