8th Bhava Prasna Time

Hi Ernst,

The recent declaration of independence of two regions in Ukraine seems to me to be the potential start of an armed conflict beyond the annexation in 2014, as it entails the involvement of other foreign militaries to a degree that's unprecedented for this conflict.

To predict the outcome, I would cast an 8th Bhava Prasna for the time those two regions declared their independence or, alternatively, when Russia recognized them.
