Grahas Occupying Same Rasi Lord

Dear Ernst, 

If Grahas are in different Rasis but of the same house lord i.e. Right now Mars in Aries, Mercury & Sun in Scorpio  –  are these to be considered conjunct when considering Prasna? Do they become significant in relationship to each other?
