In Tajika analysis of Prashna/Varshaphal for an ithisala to happen do you take the average speed of the
planets in consideration or the true speed calculated for the moment?
for example now Ma is in 23 degrees of Scorpio and Ve in 22 degrees of Capricorn. But Ve is near it's retrogression so it's speed (32':16") is less than Ma's (41':32") . If we go forward in time Ve will not actually reach Ma's Degree and will retrograde within few days.

no, you simply take the degrees, each degree is a day, week or month depending on if the lagna is moveable dual or fixed.

So we always consider Ve Faster than Ma no matter the actual speed?
