In the Varshaphala course you have mention 3 kinds of ithisala yoga. besides the purna ithisala yoga we have the one with the planets within the average orbs and the one with the planets further than the average orbs but with the sum of the orbs.
the scope of the varphsphala is one year, so is the scope of a prashna (normally).
Is the itisala yoga within the sum of the orbs also considered for Prashna ?
