In VARSHAPHALA I Course(the Varshaphala 4 video, 01:56:45) you mentioned that a planet's quality of being cruel or gentle has nothing to do with its tendency to help or hinder other planets which is more influenced by its Friendly/Inimical Tajika relationship with other planets and its Dvadashavargi Bala. In Varshaphala, being cruel or gentle influences how we feel more than the success or failure of the result.
However, in Tajika Prashna Course I notice that the quality of being cruel or gentle often influences the success or failure of the result, e.g. in the 6th Bhava Prashna, gentle planets in the angles indicate recovery; in the 1st Bhava Prashna, the more gentle planets aspect the lagna, the higher possibility for success.
Is it true that being cruel or gentle has different effects in the context of Varshaphala and Prashna? Or do I misunderstand how it works?
