Hi - Is there a guide to determine the "good" set of nakshatras that match for a male w/ the moon in vishakam pada 2. I am trying to see what are the selective set of stars that are a good match for this moon's nakshatra. Thank you 🙏
You just have to work it out for each nakshtra. If you have kala you can take that chart and compare it to antother chart and change the time of the other chart to make it each nakshatra and then see which ones are favorable. YOu may find a table that shows this online somewhere.
@ernst thanks, I will try that approach. One area that is unclear is the tropical rasis / sidereal nakshatras for the moon nakshatra. For instance, moon in vishaka pada 2 falls under Tula (Libra) Rasi, however, Kala moves the moon into Scorpio.

If you're interested, I have worked it out on my own software with all the factors like mahendra included, for the exact purpose you described. It's not publicly available as of today, as I haven't seen the need for it. But if you're interested I can either make an online calculator for this (for any moon placement, not just vishakha) or I could just send you the table for a male with vishakha moon.
Mind you my software only works with sidereal nakshatras and tropical rashis.
